(a)

All SWPACK routines except for SWpSET(SWpSTX) and SWCSET(SWCSTX) are called between these routines.

STPACK performs the rotation of the coordinate system.

The internal variable 'IWS' handled by SWpGET/SWpSET must be set before calling SWDOPN. This internal variable is usually set in SGOPN.
