DCL:GRPH2:GRPACK: Upper-Level Control Routines
The routines below basically have functions equivalent to the
corresponding routines in GRPH1/SGPACK for normalization transformation (the routines with sg in
place of gr).
See the user's manual for "GRPH1" for details.
All parameters for the below routines can be set using sgpstx. Therefore, they can be changed by a runtime option.
