本研究では, 氷衛星内部海を対象に, 数値計算ライブラリ Oceananigans.jl を用いたシミュレーションを行った．まず, 動粘性係数 $\nu = 0.89\,[\text{m}^2\text{/s}]$ とした計算により, 低緯度域において明瞭なテイラー柱が出現することを確認した．その後, $\nu$ を $0.02\,[\text{m}^2\text{/s}]$ および $20\,[\text{m}^2\text{/s}]$ へと変化させ, 東西方向の速度場の変化を調査した. 今後の課題として, 本研究におけるコリオリの力の定式化では, 正確な値が得られる範囲が一部の緯度に限定されていたという制約がある. そのため, 正確なコリオリの力をモデルに組み込み, より広い緯度帯での正確な計算を行う必要がある. また, 本研究では 3 通りの動粘性係数についてのみ計算を行ったが, 今後は $\nu$ に関して, より多くの設定値で計算することで, 動粘性係数とテイラー柱の物理的関係性について考察を深めたい.
