This directory contains example CDL files for netCDF files.  CDL files are
ASCII representations for netCDF files.  The ``ncgen'' utility can be used
to convert a CDL file into a netCDF file, and the ``ncdump'' utility can be
used to convert a netCDF file into a CDL file.
